Converting time cells in excel

I need to convert the following cells to just a number represendint minutes. At present they show minutes and seconds.

360:05 mins
206:02 mins
1841:09 mins
194:05 mins
355:19 mins
243:30 mins
177:26 mins
81:44 mins
21:01 mins
347:17 mins

What is the best way to do that.

I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.
