"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

Hi,

If you are using NTP, try the most local NTP.org server.  Or, you can use the pool.  I normally use

pool.ntp.org  or ca.pool.ntp.org

Here's a website that offers a free program which periodically queries a NIST time server (look in the top right corner under "Software")

0.us.pool.ntp.org
1.us.pool.ntp.org
2.us.pool.ntp.org
3.us.pool.ntp.org

www.ntp.org has a list of global regions, and some more localized.
