Outlook 2007 Clients not download OAB

Hello.  We have users that are in cached mode with Outlook 2007 against Exchange 2003 SP2.  The Send/Receive settings state to include the Address book and is scheduled to send/receive every 5 minutes.  Mail is synchronizing fine but not the OAB.  My question is, does the Exchange mailbox need to be checked on ("include the selected account in this group") in order for the OAB to be downloaded?  See my attached files. Thank you.

If you have cache mode check below KB and look what value is set in Registry

Yes, since the OAB is linked to the Exchange Account, the exchange account needs to be in your send/receive group.

What happens if you try a manual 'download Address Book', does it error, stall or hang?

amitkulshrestha, that registry setting is not there.  If we change that, then do we have to have that same checkbox ticked?

How do you know it is not working in automatic download? By default Outlook will only try and download the OAB once every 24 hours unless you force it manually.
