I wear a lot of hats...

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

It does not show up in the sent folder of Outlook, or the sent folder in the Yahoo webmail page?
If using POP, it should only show up on the sent items folder where it was sent from: if you send a mail using the webmail, it won't show up in Outlook, if you send a mail in Outlook, it won't show up in the webmail.

I would try using scanpst to fix any errors on the pst file.
Are there any rules in place? If you do a search for one of those sent e-mails in all your e-mail folders, does it show up anywhere?

It turned out to be an issue with yahoo and their tech support fixed it.
