Hung Server
received the error: 0xa000000 - a citrix server seems to be hung and needs to be rebooted a couple times a week
ummmm, need a LOT more info. Like what server OS, physical or virtual server, what version of XenApp, etc.
It's normal to reboot citrix servers daily.
We used to run scripts on ours. They are running desktop applications that are written on the assumption that the desktop computer is shutdown/rebooted when finished with.
It's probably some sort of memory leak.

I agree with demazter, looks like you have a bad program that is leaking or not releasing memory properly. Create a script to do a nightly reboot of your servers and see if the "issue" "goes away".

one of the errors in the system logs were
HP driver issues - ? Universal printing PS

A lot of HP drivers suck on Citrix servers, especially their universal driver.
Agreed!
There was a reason why they introduced the "reboot @ given time" option in the feature packs in older version. Because it was needed.
