Time stamp on incoming email is one hour earlier than actually time sent.  Email sent is in same time zone.  Sent email has the correct time stamp as does the Windows XP Pro OS (SP3).  POP and SMTP servers are pop.gmail.com and smtp.gmail.com.  I have run a "Detect and Repair" but have not re-installed Outlook. Problem persists.
