You can install the AcctInfo.DLL and then get a tab that lists this and other extended info in the account properties:
http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/en/details.aspx?FamilyId=7AF2E69C-91F3-4E63-8629-B999ADDE0B9E&displaylang=en
AcctInfo.dll. ... It works by adding new property pages to user objects in the Active Directory Users and Computers Microsoft Management Console (MMC).

To run the NET USER command just go to a command prompt on the server and run: NET USER Username

Substitute "Username" with the domain user ID to find the expiration date
