sbs 2011 connect computer can't see old domain user profile

Running SBS 2011 computer connect.   Can't see old domain user profile (need to merge into new profile)

Assuming you mean on the client station, what OS?

Try logging on to the client station with the domain admin credentials.

ending up purchasing a third party utility as I had multiple profiles to move from old domain
