flyspray didn't work out. &nbsp;There was no way to prevent tickets from being seen by users that are not logged in. &nbsp;Sensitive customer data such as phone numbers, and addresses, and passwords will be stored in the help desk tickets.

I am looking for a good PHP free help desk tool to allow internal employees to keep track of computer repairs. &nbsp;Ideally it should function exactly like the SharePoint HelpDesk page.<br />

Features I am hoping to have:<br />
Customizable fields,<br />
fields that can be updated, and log updates as opposed to just appending it to a text field.<br />
Use MySQL as a database.<br />
Be simple to install<br />
