How to create email-only users in Active Directory

I'm trying to create users in AD that aren't allowed to log in to the network computers.  The only thing they should be able to do, is have an email account and access it via OWA.

I can't seem to find any user template for denying users access to the network, so I tried disabling the accounts in AD, but then they can't log in via OWA.

Any thoughts?

the only way I know that might work (easiest) is in ADUC, set logon to and leave blank. I've not personally tested.
