Is this word document on a network drive, or on your local computer?  Is it one specific document, or any word document?

If it's all Word docs, you might try closing out of Word and searching for and deleting any instances of on your system, and then restarting Word to let it recreate that file.  Of course, if you've purposely made changes to your, you wouldn't want to go deleting that.

Rename the instead while Word is closed will force Word to create a new one. The renamed (e.g. can be reverted back for any reason necessary accordingly...
