syprep vmware

I have two domains in my environment and they are not in the same forest. My staff domain's dns servers are specified in our DHCP server so all DHCP clients get DNS from the staff domain by default. Currently we have to change our DNS settings to allow a computer to be joined to the student domain.
This is now causing us problems because we are trying to add computers to the student domain using a sysprep file and specifying the DNS in the sysprep file. This has not been working and we just found out that while sysprep'ing the machine is using DHCP and has not applied the DNS before trying to join the domain.
What can i set on my staff domains DNS servers to allow us to join the student domain without having to change the DNS settings on the machine that is being sysprep'ed?

hi

add a DNS entry for the student domain in the DCHP scope or on the DNS server so that the request for the student domain is forwarded to the right DC
