I think I answered this before.

Dos copy syntax is: copy file1 file2

There is no syntax: copy file1 file2 file3

in english: copy first file to second file.

You can't say: copy first file to second, third, ...

Think "copy" only accepts two parameters - source and destination.  If you want to copy the file twice, the command twice.
