Trying top make some startup changes (msconfig) on WIN XP Pro system.<br />
I uncjeck what I do not want to load and get the following error:<br />

An access error was returned while attempting to change a service.<br />
You may need to login using an administrators account to make specified changes.<br />

Used admin acct. &nbsp;Even created new one, still same error.
