How to add a web part to all MySite site collections?

Hi!

I would like to add a web part (.dwp file) to all users of MySite in Sharepoint 2010. What is the best way to do this?

Is the question about where to deploy the file, or where to make the change
Inclusion of the webpart can be done in the mysite.master

I have the dwp file and would like every MySite to show the web part by default. The URL above refers to a a solution file (wsp), but I only have a dwp file.

This web app is a "remote control webpart" that controls a solution installed on a different web application. All I want is to have this dwp file appear on every users MySite automatically. As of right now every user must click "edit page" -> "add webpart" --> "upload webpart" and then select the file they would like to upload (the dwp file). After the dwp file is uploaded they can add the webpart to their site manually.

I guess I would have to upload the dwp to a centralized location on the Sharepoint server itself, and then somehow add the webpart to mysite.master.

I have never done any modifications to the master files, so a quick how-to add a webpart to a master file using Sharepoint designer 2010 would be greatly appreciated :)

Log in as a farm administrator and go to your mysite.  As a farm admin you will have edit site and page rights.  Make the changes you want and save it.  Now log in as a normal user and the changes you made will now show for every user that logs in.
