acer security managment lost all password, what can i do?

As is stated, encryption that can be breached by an IT engineer is not good enough to be described as "encryption".

is there is a way to solve my problem if i encrypt my file and i'm now using a vaio laptop and i don't remember any of my old password?
problem 1 : password lost
problem 2 : i'm working on other computer (not acer) and acer edata security management works only on acer pc
problem 3: all my old data were lost now

Just a remark for the future:

Why didn't you save those files to some backup media in time? You could now easily access your files from the backup media. USB Stick, USB drive, online in the cloud you name it!
