Exchange E-mail Policy: Two first name and lastname
Hi,
I have a problem regarding E-mail Policies in Microsoft Exchange 2010.
We would like to use the e-mail address firstname.lastname@mail.co m.
Some of our users have two firstnames e.g John Henrik Doe.
With the policy %g.%s@mail.com, John's e-mail would be: johnhenrik.doe@mail.com.
Since John, among others, has previously used john.henrik.doe@mail.com, we have a problem specifying a policy for everyone with a middle name.
Ive tried googling these codes, but I havent found any solution besides adding a period in the users firstname field i AD.
Any suggestions?
