Exchange E-mail Policy: Two first name and lastname

I have a problem regarding E-mail Policies in Microsoft Exchange 2010.

We would like to use the e-mail address
Some of our users have two firstnames e.g John Henrik Doe.
With the policy, John's e-mail would be:

Since John, among others, has previously used, we have a problem specifying a policy for everyone with a middle name.

Ive tried googling these codes, but I havent found any solution besides adding a period in the users firstname field i AD.

Any suggestions?

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.
