Applying service pack through WSUS Server.

I have deployed WSUS services in my envirnment. The service packs are downloaded from Update server. But my clients machines are not getting these service packs from my WSUS server.
For Example, I have approve the office 2007 service pack2 for my computers group and also approve it for installation.
Moreover, all other security and critical updates are getting by my clients machines.

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

Have you reviewed the WSUS install guide (specifically the section on troubleshooting beginning on page 82):

http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/en/details.aspx?FamilyID=22395ab7-9234-4eff-b9fd-48f152459aa2&displaylang=en

Are the clients configured to connect to the WSUS server? Are clients able to pull any updates from the WSUS server? My apologies but your last sentence 'Moreover, all other security and critical updates are getting by my clients machines.' was a bit unclear.

Hope this helps,

After you approve an update is when it then gets downloaded to the WSUS server. Since it's a service pack, it may be that it's a larger file and hasnt finished downloading yet.

You can view the download status of updates on the WSUS console home page.
