HP LaserJet 4100 Series

I have HP LaserJet 4100 Series , in device settings it shows Duplex Unit(for 2-Sided Printing) Installed.
But when I print it doesn't print on both sides just on one side.

Any help on how to get it printing on both sides?

The driver shows the duplex installed but the printer doesn't print both side even when selected in print preferences.
