 Forgive the obvious, but are you actually using those parameters in the report somewhere, like in a record selection formula or displaying them on the report? &nbsp;If you don't actually use a parameter, CR doesn't ask you to enter a value for it.<br />

Hi, running in crystal reports, doesn't prompt. &nbsp;Publishing to Crystal Reports Server. &nbsp;Doesn't prompt their either.<br />

Yes, I am using them in a record selection formula. &nbsp;I am not displaying them on the report itself though.

Hello, I have a report I developed in Crystal Reports XI. &nbsp;When I run the report, it does not prompt for parameters even though 3 parameters do exist. &nbsp;I have unchecked the option to save data w/ report. &nbsp;Any help would be appreciated.

Crystal Report is not prompting for parameters

Crystal Reports is a business intelligence application from SAP SE. It is used to graphically design data connections and report layouts from a wide range of data sources including Excel spreadsheets, Oracle, SQL Server databases and Access databases, BusinessObjects Enterprise business views, and local file-system information. Report designers can place fields from these sources on the report design surface, and can also deploy them in custom formulas (using either BASIC or Crystal's own syntax), which are then placed on the design surface. Crystal Reports also supports subreports, graphing, and a limited amount of GIS functionality.
