STEPS to prepare VIDEO for Web Streaming? Have Mac OSX

Hi all - Can anyone give me the steps for preparing a Video for putting on a web page ... I have a video that I just want to start-up & run over & over ... so I think I need:
* Streamimg
* Auto Play
* Audio Start
* Looping
* No Control Bar
* Must work for anyone ... not needing extra SW installed on the Desktop
I have a Mac, and am an advanced amateur (at least I thought I was until now) ... I have iMovie, Adobe CS3 (Flash etc), Quicktime 7 PRO & Quicktime X

The easiest option is just upload your video for a service like vimeo or youtube. Vimeo has better quality.

If you want to host your video in your own server, it's not that hard.

Convert your video for web using Adobe Media Encoder, or iMovie, any software that outputs MPEG4 files. I recommend Adobe Media Encoder because the quality is superb (uses the Mainconcept codec) and their presets are good starting points.

Drop your video on Adobe Media Encoder, choose in Format: H.264 and a preset like Vimeo HD or Youtube HD for highres videos or the SD versions for smaller videos.

Now that you have your video in the right format, you need to create the flash container to put on the web page.

The simples solution:
1 - upload your video to your homepage, and follow the 3 step in this site. http://www.flvplayer.com/
They will create all necessary player and code, you just need to cut and paste the code on your blog/site.

2 - Create your own Flash player, using Adobe Flash Professional. A little more complicated, a guy created a detailed tutorial, should take aprox 15 min.

Hi rafaperez3d - That worked great ! Do you happen to know how I can:
1. Get rid of the Controls?
2. Keep it looping over & over ?
3. Get rid of the FLV Branding on the Video ?
You can see it on the Home Page of our site www.onehotparty.com to get the idea of what I am trying to do.

Thanks I'll try that. Good idea on the iWeb - Michael-Best too - I never thought of copying the code from there.  By the way, I don't mind paying for Software (like FLVplayer PRO) if it does the job.
I'll try some of these options & circle back ...
