Windows 7 Getting NO_MORE_IRP_STACK_LOCATION

I was logon remotely to my machine and got disconnected.  Physically went to the console and noticed the system was in a loop rebooting with a BSOD NO_MORE_IRP_STACK_LOCATION.  The only way the box will stay up is in safe mode.  I tried a System Restore but it fails saying the files are corrupt.  I see this error all over the place for Windows XP/Windows 2003, but none for Windows 7.  I really don't want to rebuild this if I don't have to.  I have Minidump files, but they are 256MB :(  I need help... hijackthis.log

It turned out to be my antivirus software (Viper Antivirus).  I ran their stand alone removal tool and all is well.  I going back with what I had before (TrendMicro) as I didn't have this issue.  It appears to be the HIPS module as that was the last thing I tweaked.
