SBS 2003 to 2011 migration Problems

I tried to do a migration from SBS 2003 to SBS 2011 I followed the step by step procedure I found here. but I am now getting errors about the schema being different between the servers. I did run the migration wizard and got all green check marks. the logs show that it updated. because of this I get errors moving mailboxes. it says that the mailbox database is offline.

I wear a lot of hats...

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

Disable ToE on your source server's NIC. I have had the same issue with a client over the last two days, and I have lost the little hair that I had left. In my case, the source server was a Dell PE2900 with Broadcom NICs. My previous SBS 2011 migrations have been flawless, but the source server was a PE2800. Hope this helps.
