Which type of domain?

Hi,
I have one question, which domain type is best and will work on one network having two win 2003 servers. The questions which type will allow me to replicate users details ect. which will be create in dc2 and copied in dc1. When I am installing active dirctory on DC2 which type to choose from available:
1) Domain In New Forest;
2) Child Domain; (As i find out  is this type can not replicate users groups ect. not usre its true )
3) Domain Tree in existing forest;

DC1 has first option as it is main domain;
