Network Monitor 3.4 Questions

I am having trouble working out something with Network Monitor 3.4

I can see how to use the filters but I cannot work out how to get total statistics.

So here are two examples.

1. Be able to capture everything sent/to and from a particular network interface.
2. Be able to capture everything sent/to by a particular process.

So for each of the above what are the steps that I can get the statics after the capture,
like total bytes sent, total bytes received etc?

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

I'm not entirely sure you can do this with Network Monitor.  If you don't have a specific need for Network Monitor I suggest using Wireshark instead as it is a much fuller featured packet capture tool and it is free.

In Wireshark just click Statistics, Summary after you finished your capture to see what you are looking for.
