How do I remove highlighting in Word

I am a recruiter.  When I search resumes on a job board, the resumes have the search words highlighted.  When I copy the resume from the job board to a Word document, the highlighting remains.  How do I remove this highlighting from the entire Word document without destroying the other formatting such as bolding and bulleting?  I have provided a sample Word document.

I have reviewed other solutions that either do not work or remove all formatting.  Any assistance would be most appreciated!

I wear a lot of hats...

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

You can right-click on the word with this highlighting and choose "Styles -> Select text with similiar formatting" then you have all entries selected and use the toolbar icon "Shading" to set background color = "No color" to all those entries at once.

Right now, using the Format Painter appears to be the best option at resolving this as that highlighting simply is not reflecting in any of the attribute or properties sets...

Solution from rkharko works great, thank you!!

Solution from Fayaz does not work, this highlighting cannot be removed using the bucket tool.

Hi Yobri, Format Painter is tedious... need to copy identically formatted text (bolding, underlining, etc.) without the highlighting.

I see it's contained the the Table and Borders section, and while you can batch remove from styles of the same set, a Select All and then apply the same fix will not remove the yellow condition...
