Compare the contact list (which may be nothing bu email addresses) with the actual csv file. &nbsp;It may be that only emails were entered, never names. &nbsp;If you find names in the csv file that are NOT in the contact list, you need to step through the import to find the place where you can point the fields First Name, Last Name, to the right spot on the CSV.
