You can transfer the apps from your phone in to your itunes account, you just have to do a right click in the iphone icon in the itunes and then select transfer purchases.

All the new apps from your iphone will be copied to your itunes.

Well it depends on what iTunes account the apps are attached to.  If you are using the same iTunes account when you sync all your apps should be copied to the apps area of iTunes.  As long as your apps directory inside iTunes has all the apps you want on your phone in it, you go to the iPhone device and then select the apps tab and then you get a nice menu that has all your apps in a list.  Place a check by the ones that you want on your device and then click apply.

All existing apps will be copied to iTunes from the phone upon sync if they do not exist and are attached to the same iTunes account.

If the apps are attached to another iTunes account then they will be wiped if the phone is sync'ed to that other account.  You can only use one account per device.  In other words you have to have paid for the apps you want to use per user/per device.

I have reinstalled Itune and prior to that , there were already few paid applications exist.

When I login to the same account, I couldn't see any of those applications.

please advice in such case, should I have to pay and download those applications again to transeffer iphone

availability of the applications doesn't based on the user profile?

I am pretty sure if you search the application and your account has already purchased it, it will download for free.  It will pop up a message to this effect "you have already purchased this app"

Worst come to worst call apple if you have two accounts and want to merge purchases between them.

do you have any idea, how could I see which of the applications my account had already been registered for download?.

In case Itune software re-installed in future/my iphone upgraded, I will directly go and dowload those specific applications with minimal effort.

please advice.

You would have to call Apple or go to an Apple store to get that info.  There is no public list to see.  However an Apple rep/agent may be able to help you get a list....shrugs.

Apple is well known for being closed to sharing accounts and music and DRM stuff.

Their are apps/things out there I am sure that will resolve your issue, but they are most likely illegal and shady at best.

I recommend calling Apple or go to apple.com and try to look up your purchase history.

The bottom line is that you should call Apple and they can tell you which Apps you have purchased and then you need to search them out on iTunes and click download/purchase, at which point it will tell you something to the effect of, "You have already purchased this app..." and you will not get charged for it.  But, only if it was done the same account.
