Go to <b>Start</b> (<b>Windows Orb </b>in Win7) &gt;&nbsp;<b>All Programs</b> &gt;&nbsp;right-click on the <b>Startup </b>folder and choose <b>Open</b>. Place a shortcut to Outlook 2010 in this folder. Right-click on this shortcut and make sure the <b>Run </b>dropdown box is set to <b>Minimized</b>.
