Remote Web Workplace Computer not available

We use a Terminal server for some of our remote offices to connect and do daily work. Because of some of the functions they need to perform they have to be local admins. Unfortunately they were shutting of the machine. This required us to create a loopback GP and place the terminal server in that new group (outside of the sbscomputers group). This worked, however we also have users who connect from home to the Terminal server at times, since removing the terminal server from the SBScomputers group, they no longer have access to the TS from the SBS computer menu upon logging in to the Remote site. Under the SBS console the TS computer is no longer available to link remote user access which I'm sure is why it's not available as a choice any longer. Is there a work around for this?
