Can I use High Speed Broadband on iPad?

Hi, I currently use a portable USB broadband modem/stick to connect to the internet on my Windows laptop. I would lke to know if I can use the same on an iPad / iPad2. I am aware that iPad provides the option of wi-fi and 3G. But please let me know if the USB broadband internet can be used.

even then I would not plan on it working unless you find specific instructions on how to do it. Do to the upstanding nature of Expert Exchange, you probably won't find much info here on jailbreaking Apple products, but jailbreak is one of the search terms you would use to find a hack that might work.

Not sure how it would work. This is because iPads have no usb ports for device input.

So, even if you manage to jailbreak your device, it does you no good.

As md624 mentioned you can use a connection kit to give you a USB port on your iPad.  Then with a jailbreak of the system you should be able to use your USB broadband.

The camera connection kit will give you the USB port:  http://store.apple.com/us/product/MC531

Is there even a jailbreak out for the iPad2 and iOS4.3?  I don't think so,
Thanks!
