"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

check the Ip database http://www.countryipblocks.net/country-blocks/ip-range-format/
to find the cidr prefixes for the desired contry.
then you need to allow only from those IPs and deny everything. This should be easy as you only have to allow, there is an implicit deny at the end.

I think it's easier to allow only the range of country X and deny the rest. You could then set it up like:

access-list inside permit ip any 1.2.3.0 255.255.255.0
access-list inside permit ip any 1.2.4.0 255.255.255.0
First allowing the country range(s)
access-list inside deny ip any any
After after that block anything.

Then apply it to the inside interface (we're blocking from the inside to the outisde):
access-group inside in interface inside
