Java Eclipse Adding an HTML file to my project

I have been working on a program that simulates a simple chess game move.  I've got this piece of the project ready to try out and saved in my scr folder as chess.java.  Now I want to build the graphics for the form that will display the game board. I started another class for the tester, which I called chessTester.java. I think I need to add an HTML file, but I can't remember how to add/import the HTML file.  Can someone please help me out?

thanks,
Lynn

I wear a lot of hats...

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.
