I downloaded the most current version (4.0) but it doesn't say that when I go to help/about. &nbsp;I get 3.16.6

try downgrading to 3.6.16 and see if that solves the problem. If not do a system restore to a point when you no the mail was working.

It would seem to be our router or ISP because all the PC's in the house (all different Windows versions: XP, Vista, 7) do the same thing. Our ISP said they don't see any reason for it.

For the past couple of weeks I have been unable to open my Yahoo mail. I can get to the home page, can click on the Mail button -- &nbsp;and then can see the mail headers -- but as soon as I click on one get: Server not found. Firefox can't find the server at us.mg3.yahoo.com.<br />

I've tried using Internet Explorer and on all the computers in the house.<br />
