How can I install missing Windows Forms Application template in Visual Studio 2010?
The Windows Forms Application template is missing from my version of Visual Studio 2010. Iy is not an option when I create a New Project.
I found a resource which said to run VBExpress /installvstemplates but I don't have that file either so I ran VWDExpress /installvstemplates.
Nothing seemed to happen. Then it said to reinstall Visual Studio but it took forever for the first install.
Is there an easy way to install this missing template?

Are you actually running a full-blown VS2010, or have you just installed VWD?
You may have installed the Visual Web Developer which is used for working with ASP.NET hence it does not include the Windows Forms templates. Also, the template is called "Windows Application".

I am running Visual Web Developer Express. Is that the problem? Can I get all the templates?
Also, I didn't understand that part about opening the Visual Studio command prompt. How do I do that?
