The mobo should've been able process using this particular RAM at no more than 1.5v (limit) as per mobo spec, but oh well, sounds like you have the solution you need now.

I've tried this memory in all different sorts of combinations to no avail.  It will start beeping three times immediately or I'll get the normal BIOS beep but still no video.  Brand new memory faulty?

Well, with that, I'd like to see if the video card might be the issue. Or is the display off, not working or not secured well to the slot.

Also, install this RAM in slots 1 and 2. Without seeing the manual to determine beep codes for this mobo, I'm guessing the 3 beeps has to do with an incorrect RAM configuration when you were testing with different slot combos. Just use slots 1 and 2, they are labeled so.

I'm using the onboard video.  I've tried all different combinations to include just a single stick of memory (alternated both sticks) to no avail.  I'm testing new memory now and will repost after I've received it.

I chatted with Intel about it and they said the memory is incompatible.

"the memory that you are using is not compatible with the processor specifications. Your current processor is designed to use memory at 1.5 and your memory is 1.65v."

No solution yet.  I've tried two different memory's now.  One 1.6v and the other 1.5 and getting the same result.  Chatting with Intel now.  We'll see...

Even though this motherboard has onboard video ports on the back of the PC, unless I use specific Intel CPU's these video ports will not work.  I've installed a PCI-E card to bypass this issue.  Thanks for your efforts.

From Intel, "On these new motherboards, the video controller has been removed from the motherboard and now is integrated on some processors"
