Dell MD3000i data recovery

Good morning experts:

Our Dell MD3000i has failed.  Long story short, the configuration is corrupted, we have all the drives and I believe they are undamaged but due to the configuration missing, all information regarding disk groups, arrays, etc. is gone.

Dell's recommendation at this point is to send the drives off for professional data recovery.  Does anyone have personal experience with a data recovery firm familiar with the MD3000i?

Obviously restoring from backup would be ideal but our company has been in an insane growth spurt the last several months and our backup infrastructure hasn't kept up with it.  Some of this data existed on the SAN and that's it -- it is UNRETRIEVABLE if we can't recover from these disks.

Any help is appreciated.

Sad story.
Try your luck with www.gillware.com
Also another professional service: http://services.seagate.com/
Onrack is long time on market. I used once their service but with just dead hard drives. Expensive but if possible they do the job: http://www.ontrackdatarecovery.co.uk/
