Writing data from VBA to a sheet in Excel 2007

I am using the code below (from one of yesterday's answers) to write some data on an Excel sheet. As it stands, it writes the data at Cell A3 of the first sheet.

How do I modify this code if I want the data to appear at the same cell, but on a different sheet called MySheet? Thanks.
Set DestCell = [A3]
Rw = DestCell.Row
Col = DestCell.Column
c = Col
Do Until Rs.EOF
For Each MyField In Rs.Fields
    Cells(Rw, c) = MyField
    c = c + 1
    Next MyField
    Rw = Rw + 1
    c = Col
