Outlook Folders in bizarre order

Greetings,

My boss is running Outlook 2003 and this morning when he came in, his folders are in a strange order. They start with R and then descend to Z and then move into A-Q. I hope I'm describing this clearly. Any ideas on how to get it back to A-Z? Thank you.

You could try starting Outlook using the /cleanviews switch. So hit Start->Run and type Outlook.exe /cleanviews (might need the full path like "C:\Program Files\Microsoft Office\Office11\Outlook.exe" /cleanviews )
/resetfolders might work too.
More switches to try here

If one of them works, let us know which one.

Ugh. This is embarrassing. After pressing him to restart Outlook (something he never wants to do, and it's a struggle to get him to do so) it straightened itself out. Thanks for the suggestion, though.
