"How to determine SNMP traffic"

Hello,

I know very little about SNMP traffic.  I have a computer that has been ID'd as device that is sending out SNMP packets.  What I can use/find out to determine what is causing this SNMP traffic, Thanks!

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

You download and use wireshark on a laptop plugged into a hub to which the offending device is also plugged in. That hub should only contain these 2 devices, and then an ethernet to your switch.
