I wear a lot of hats...

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

Why not use DFS replication?

What are you trying to achieve?

If you truly need / want a VBS solution, then you will need to be a bit more specific.  What file or files need to be copied?  Are there any subfolders to be dealt with, and if so how?  Should files be overwritten in thedestination?  Etc...

The Five Tenets of the Most Secure Backup

Data loss can hit a business in any number of ways. In reality, companies should expect to lose data at some point. The challenge is having a plan to recover from such an event.

The script should automatically copy from source folder to destination folder
There will be two location which I want to copy from main folder to network location
The purpose is to backup these folder since the other server backups all the time and in this location there is nothing critical except these two folders

This does feel like a good problem to solve with ROBOCOPY and the MIRROR option, have you considered a BAT solution?

IF these are 2 servers in the same domain(?) then surely DFS is the way to go? Replication is then fully automated by your servers themselves and updates happen all of the time, you just set the replication interval.

A good guide to configuring is here -> http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/cc732863(WS.10).aspx
