How many ways "Navigation between XAML pages" can be done in WPF ?

Hi,

Can you please let me know how many ways "Navigation between XAML pages" can be done in WPF using simple examples ? Any article which can be easily understandable EXCEPT MSDN is also much appreciated !

Example:

1) Navigation Service
2) Frames

Can you explain me little bit on these two ? I thought that the Navigation can be done in 2 ways:

1) Using Navigation Service
2) Using Frames

I  was little bit confused. All these articles are showing "Using Navigation Service".

Here are the ways:

1) Page
2) Hyperlink Navigation
3) Navigation Service
4) Frame

Can you please provide some good articles on these ?
