Outlook 2010 Calendar not updating appointments

Hello,
  One of  our users' Outlook is not updating appointments for her shared calendars.  When tries to create an appointment for an exec on their shared calendar through Outlook, it does not update their calendar nor are the updates relflected in OWA.  If she logs in to OWA and creates the appointments, they do update on everyone calendars.  She has Outlook 2010 and Win 7.  We are running Exchange 2010.  Tried reinstalling Outlook and applying all updates, problem still persists.

I would recreate her ost file and see if the problem persists.

Have checked in the Sync Issues folder in her outlook? It may indicate what could be the problem?
