Use text function in VBA Code

How can i use this function in my VBA code

(In my sheet)

(In my Module) ++++ The code bellow generate an error
wks.Range("O2").Value = TEXT(O1;"hh")

This one too
wks.Range("O2").Value = TEXT(wks.Range("O1").Value;"hh")

You will also need to use a comma rather than semicolon as separator:
wks.Range("O2").Value = Format(wks.Range("O1").Value, "hh")
