HTML Layout Help... When including the rotating pictures on the index, the lower tables slide down

Hi Experts,

Hope this one is simple.  If you click on the following link, you will see that there is a large gap between the info on the top of the page and the info on the bottom of the page.  In the layout, it looks like the attached screenshot, but in the browser it looks different.

I'm attaching a screenshot, and the files used to make the rotating images.

I wear a lot of hats...

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

You have a lot of empty cells here with heights set:

<!-- End WOWSlider.com BODY section -->
            <tr>
              <td width="558" height="286">&nbsp;</td>
                </tr>
          </table></td>
        </tr>
        <tr>
          <td height="14"></td>
        </tr>

        <tr>
          <td height="20" colspan="3" valign="top"><!--DWLayoutEmptyCell-->&nbsp;</td>
          </tr>
        <tr>

Make the heights of the empty cells zero or take them out completely.

When adding in the Rotating pictures things got messed up because it took the cell that was already there and pushed it down.

Thanks for your help.  Knew it would be something easy!
