Freezing server

64 bit OS windows 2003 SE Server - It is a VM . Server keepsfreezing during the course of the day. But nothing looks wrong -  2 GB Memory

Have you checked the event logs?  Have you installed any updates recently for Windows or any driver updates?  Did this just start happening?  I would load Windows in a very minimal mode to see if the problem persists.  If it doesn't it points to a driver or hardware issue.  In my experience this type of issue can be caused by memory or driver issues.
