A user with more than one device????

Here is a good one!

I have three users that share a common e-mail (like a customer support line).  They do not have an Exchange e-mail address at all.  Right now they receive their mail in that shared box and I have created a distribution group that send the messages to a contact (one for each individual) and that contact send the message to their Blackberry terminal.

I would like to have them (the shared e-mail) going thru my BES.  Wow.

Is there a way to have the Exchange user associated to more then one BB PIN?

In this case, I don't beieve the configuration is relevant. BES was designed to have a one-to-one relationship between user ID and PIN. It's just how the relationship was designed.

Perhaps you could make this one shared mailbox forward messages to each individual.

Sorry about that. I forgot about configuration.

Using
• MS-SERVER 2008 R2
• MS Exchange 2007
• Blackberry Enterprise Server 5.0

As stevepcguy commented above - there is a 1:1 correspondence between the email address and device PIN.

Hi,

Look at using CodeTwo's Exhange Server Sync tool to do a 1 to many replication of the group mailbox to the individual's mailboxes.

Calendar, contacts and tasks can be many-to-many.

Alternatively look at Wicksoft's solution.

I knew the 1:1 relationship but hoped that RIM would have come out with something more.  And of course if RIM does you guys will surely know.

Maybe in the future.

As far as the other two links, I have looked at "Codetwo" and it does not look like something I could use but "Wicksoft" might be more appropriate.

I'll keep looking.

Thanks everybody, great job.
