How to renumber a document list in Sharepoint 2010

I have documents in a document library and they are named for example
Document3....and so on down the list.
When it comes to Document10, it puts it behind the Document1 and Document20 is below the Document2.  I know the computer is doing what it is supposed to be doing in numerically ordering them, but is there a way to change up the order in the view?

I wear a lot of hats...

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

I've struck this and only got around it by adding another column, making it numerical and in the default view ordering by this column

Can we assume that document1 was added before document10? and doc2 before doc5?
