Spam folder was deleted

I have a user that deleted his spam folder and eventhough I moved it out of Deleted items it is not working correctly.  How do I recreate a Spam folder in Outlook 2003 in Exchange 2003?

If you mean the Outlook folder called "Junk E-mail", then that should recreate on its own as soon as Outlook has something to put into it, just make sure Junk filtering is turned on in Outlook or OWA.

If the name of your folder is in fact "spam" then that sounds like a 3rd party spam filtering product and the method of fixing it would depend on what the product is.
