sefari crashing when trying to print pdf

A user running mac os x on a macbook pro keeps having sefari crash when they attempt to print a PDF.

unfortunately sefari is the only browser for mac that will properly open the app in question (instanet).

it gives an error saying that AdobeAGM plug-in has crashed, sefari is running version 5.0.4

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.
